The Georgina’s Experience

Georgina’s is the traditional English Tea Shop brought into the twenty-first century.

It’s been created to retain the comfort and cosiness, the quiet, friendly service and the tasty food of those lovely old village tea shops while adding some international twists and a little fun.

Georgina’s is about quality and about care for the environment. Our food is sourced locally wherever possible. We’ve taken pains to source high quality Yorkshire food wherever we can, and equivalent quality British food where necessary, because they involve a much lower carbon cost as well as encouraging the best local producers.

The Georgina’s experience is about bringing some of the old-fashioned virtues back into this frantic twenty-first century. Peace and quiet wherever possible, smart surroundings, attentive and friendly service, and, of course, good food and drink.

Above all, we intend that the Georgina’s experience is a civilised one.
